Adaptive Computer and Communication Technology Program (ACCT)
- 91 people received assistive technology services
- 97% of program participants planned to use their assistive technology at work, school or for personal needs to enhance independence or communication
- 59% of program participants needed equipment or modifications that cost under $750
- 81% of program participants have an equipment loan or purchase arrangement initiated within 30 days of identifying a technology solution

- 78% of individuals served achieved at least one of the personal development goals identified on their individual plan
- 100% of individuals served who were surveyed responded affirmatively to the following questions:

“Do you like working with your supervisor and program manager?”
- 96% of individuals served who were surveyed responded affirmatively to the following questions:
“Do you feel you have friends at work?”
“Do you feel safe at work?”

Career Counseling and Assessment Program
232 individuals participated in vocational assessment
- 84% of program participants completed their program and developed a vocational plan
- 26% chose to pursue direct employment
- 49% chose to pursue additional training/education
- 100% of program participants said they were pleased with services and would recommend the program to others

Job Placement Services
- The average starting salary for those finding employment was $8.70 per hour, $7.76 per hour for those entering supported employment.
- 87 people were placed into employment during this time period.
- Average time to placement was 5.4 weeks, 12.2 weeks for those entering supported employment.
- 80% of those placed were still employed at 90 days, 55% of those in supported employment were still employed at 90 days.
- 100% of program participants were pleased with services and would recommend the program to others.

School-To-Work Transition Services
78 students participated in transition from school to work services
- 91% of program participants completed their program and developed a vocational plan

- 15% chose to pursue additional training or education

- 100% of program participants said they were pleased with services and would recommend the program to others
