Our Job Placement Services help participants achieve their employment goals by providing job seeking skills instruction and helping them actively engage in the job search process. Participants benefit from instruction on making positive first impressions, assistance in completing applications and identifying sources for developing job leads.    They may also receive direct support in their job search such as picking up and completing job applications, preparing resumes, initiating contact with prospective employers and getting to and from job interviews.  In some cases our staff will accompany participants on job interviews.

Through Supported Employment Services individuals with the most significant disabilities benefit from a combination of job assessment, placement and case management services.
 
Participants and employers may also benefit from job coaching services as described below.
Interwoven with job placement and supported employment services, Job Coaching provides supports to participants and employers before, during and, in some cases, throughout employment.  Our staff provides assistance to employers in the areas of job accommodations, disability education for supervisors and co-workers, benefits of hiring workers with disabilities and the types of instructional methods appropriate for the participant.
