Neuropsychology
Our Neuropsychology Services provide neuropsychological assessment and consultation. Services offered in this program include:
- Neuropsychological evaluation and consultation to individuals age 5 through adult.
- Rehabilitation counseling for individuals and families to facilitate adjustments to disability and promote personal goals and quality of life.
- Consultation on accommodations and strategies for return to work, school, community and/or home.
- Behavior and pain management assessment and counseling.
Social Work Services
Social Work services are available for those who participate in all medical programs and include:
- Assessment of family needs for community resources, such as transportation options and services, health care insurance, financial aid and in-home health care.
- Family education on the impact of the individual’s injury or disease, as well as the impact of the rehabilitation process.
