Brad Steinle, MD
Medical Director: Adult Medical Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
Dr. Steinle is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He received his Doctor of Medicine from University of Kansas. He has a strong background in neuro-rehab and is the Department Chair of Rehab Medicine at Saint Luke's Health System which he has held since 2007.
Nicole McCartan, MD
Medical Director: Pediatric/Adolescent Medical Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
Dr. McCartan is Board Certified in Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine. She received her Doctor of Medicine from University of Missouri – Columbia. She specializes in Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine with special interest in Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida and Spinal Cord Injury. She is on staff at Children’s Mercy Hospital.

Sara Baker, SLP
COO, Medical Rehabilitation and Education Services
Sara Baker has more than 26 years of experience in the field of speech-language pathology and medical rehabilitation. She is actively involved in the MS Society - Mid-America Chapter, the Mid-America MS Achievement Center, and the American Stroke Foundation. Additionally, Ms. Baker has presented on a wide range of topics related to reimbursement, stroke, brain injury, and concussion.
Director of Employment Services
Allen Floyd has been providing economic opportunity services to underserved populations for more than 20 years. He is responsible for designing and implementing new employment service models that better assist participants in achieving economic stability and their own personal goals. Floyd brings a keen understanding of how to successfully help individuals with disabilities overcome employment obstacles from a consistent track record of success in healthcare, mental healthcare, and financial industries.
