Employment Services
Our nationally accredited program helps disabled adults enter the workforce for the first-time or return to work following a debilitating injury or illness. The program helps individuals with disabilities identify their job skills, address barriers to employment, gain job seeking skills and secure and maintain employment.
Our services help ensure that individuals served will not only get a job, but keep their job, thus enabling them to provide for themselves and their family, establish a network of support and become contributing members of the community.
Services are designed to help:
- Individuals of working age with disabilities who are preparing for entry or re-entry into the workforce, and;
- Area businesses seeking subcontract services, consultation to assist in re-integrating an existing employee with a disability and referral of qualified job applicants with disabilities.
We offer:
- Career Exploration and Assessment Services
- Job Placement Services
- Job Coaching Services
- Extended Work Adjustment (Sheltered Workshop) Services
- Assistive Technology Services
- Business Services including: employment referral, technology consultations, Employment Re-Integration and Industrial Subcontract Services.
